Online Bill Payment Now Available
Ophthalmology Associates of the Valley now offers two options for paying your balance:
1. Pay Your Bill Online
You may process your payment online if you know your balance. Your patient account number is your customer code. Please note, this option will not give you an option to view your balance due. Click the button below to begin the process:
2. Pay Your Bill Over the Phone
To inquire about your balance due and pay your balance over the phone, please dial 818-990-3623 and selection Option 5.
